SISTERHOOD
In Alpha Phi, we believe the bonds of sisterhood are something that can never be broken. As a sister of Alpha Phi, you are a member of an international group of women that will become your forever friends. Alpha Phi creates an environment where each member can contribute her own unique perspective and personality in all that we do. We constantly learn from one another and encourage each other to grow. Each semester, to celebrate and strengthen our ties as sisters, Alpha Phis participate in many fun and exciting events such as sisterhood retreats, social events, formals, and so much more.

"When I first arrived at Baylor, I knew I wanted to find a place where I felt accepted, loved, and supported through every season of life. I was searching for a home away from home and friendships that would last far beyond my four years in college. Growing up with only brothers, I never experienced the unique bond of sisterhood, but when I found Alpha Phi, I found everything I had been looking for and more.
In Alpha Phi, I found friendships that have changed my life for the better, women who encourage me, support me, and celebrate me through every high and low. I found sisters who are loyal, intentional, and endlessly caring. They have shown me what it means to be deeply known, genuinely loved, and constantly encouraged. Alpha Phi is so much more than a group of women or a place to belong, it is a community rooted in genuine connection, unwavering support, and lifelong friendship. It is a sisterhood filled with women who desire to know you deeply, love you steadfastly, and walk beside you through every stage of life. Alpha Phi is more than a chapter, it’s a place to call home!"
