A MESSAGE FROM OUR VP OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION
"The heart of Alpha Phi lies in the individuality of every sister and the diverse experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives that shape our community. Each sister brings something uniquely her own - whether it’s her story, traditions, passion, or personality - and together those differences create a chapter that is welcoming, vibrant, and strong. We believe that the best sisterhood is one where each woman feels comfortable being herself, where everyone has a seat at the table, and where each voice is valued. By embracing a culture of belonging, we foster a sisterhood where every Alpha Phi feels seen, valued, and empowered to thrive."
